主要研究方向为生物信息学、统计遗传学、中西医结合。在国际上首次鉴别出干燥综合征(Sj?gren's syndrome)的易感基因区域7q11.23。已发表学术论文40余篇,其中第一/并列第一作者、通讯/并列通讯作者的文章发表在《自然-遗传学》(Nature Genetics)、《科学通报》(Chinese Science Bulletin)、《核酸研究》(Nucleic Acids Research)、心理神经内分泌学(Psychoneuroendocrinology)、药理学研究(Pharmacological Research)、《天津中医药》等学术刊物。
2. 获青年学者奖金参加第14届逆转录病毒及机会型感染学术会议(CROI 2007, 洛杉矶)。
