栾胜华是中科院心理所“风险与不确定性管理”研究组组长,心理所学术委员会副主任,国科大心理学系人格与社会心理学研究室主任,归国前曾在新加坡管理大学(Singapore Management University)和德国马普协会人类发展所(Max Planck Institute for Human Development)从事教学与研究工作多年。栾胜华主要研究人类如何在风险和不确定因素下作出决策和判断,具体研究方向包括:决策模型,群体决策,合作行为,组织管理决策,风险认知,体育和商业预测,及智能社会中人的心理与行为。在这些研究中,我们采用了描述性(人们是怎么做决策的?)和诊断性(怎样能提高人类决策的质量?)相兼的视角,应用多样的研究手段,包括大规模问卷、心理实验、计算机模拟、认知模型、机器学习算法和二级数据分析,力图帮助人们在风险和不确定性日益增强的世界中做出高度适应性的抉择。栾胜华的研究成果已发表在心理学,管理学和决策科学的国际顶级期刊,包括Psychological Review, American Psychologist, Academy of Management Journal, Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior,等。
