我的研究位于认知科学与语言学的交叉领域。从两个相互补充的视角，我将语言视为理解人类心智的一扇窗口：一方面，语言的结构受到学习、加工和沟通等认知机制的塑造；另一方面，语言的内容反映了人们的思维方式、情绪体验与价值取向。前者指向语言演化的基本问题，即人类的认知机制如何塑造语言结构及其演化；后者则使我们能够借助语言，考察心理现象在不同历史时期、不同文化以及个体毕生发展过程中的变化与差异。
因此，我的研究围绕这两个互补的视角，结合计算建模与实证研究，具体展开为以下四个主题：

· 如何开发具有跨文化普遍性的情绪测量工具（Emotion Recall Task）

· 情绪概念如何在历史时间尺度上发生变化

· 人如何学习概率信息
