课题组运用多学科交叉的手段,包括神经影像、神经调控、计算建模、机器学习算法、遗传工具等手段,研究疼痛的神经表征和神经调控,探索疼痛与认知、情绪的交互机制,具体来说我们关注以下三个科学问题:
1 疼痛慢性化的行为-脑-遗传基础;
2 慢性疼痛与抑郁、痴呆共病的神经病理基础;
3 神经调控技术干预慢性疼痛的方法、机制和临床转化。
